23 Student Empowerment Seminar courses have happened in Europe and Israel during fall of 2003. Public talks and participation on fairs have inspired and activated numerous students all over Europe and Israel.The Network for Social Responsibility (NSR) has started off in two countries engaging many students in different projects.
