The Youth Empowerment Seminar is customized to suit specific student needs. The seminar plan includes the following modules:

Levels of existence Know the laws of body, mind, memory, intellect and ego.

Natural principles of effective living Learn tools that eliminate counter-productive activity and enhance learning ability.

Interpersonal games Guided interactive processes to improve interpersonal relationships and foster team spirit.

Dynamic body exercises Easily learned tension-releasing physical stretches and exercises.

Innovative breathing techniques Revitalizing breathing techniques that increase energy and deeply relax and recharge the body and mind.

 
 
The Youth Empowerment Seminar consists of two parts: Part I and Part II. Part I is divided into six sessions of 3–4 hours each and is held over six days with additional 2-hour weekly follow-up sessions. The format of Part I can be adjusted to the particular needs of any group or class.

Part II is typically taken within a few months of completing Part I and is a full-time course lasting four days over a long weekend. The course opens a deeper dimension that can be experienced through silence. As a result, the students return to their activities with greater energy, clarity, and peace of mind.

 
 
The seminar package includes follow-up sessions of approximately two hours each. Follow-up sessions include a review of the program, with emphasis on the practice of the breathing techniques.

 
 
Upon finishing the seminar, you will recieve a student card and a diploma. The student card is valid for weekly follow-up meetings all over the world for one year which can be extended. The diploma is a certificate for future references.

 
 
For Part I, there are no requirements; all students in sound health can participate. Attendance at all sessions of the seminar is, however, required. For Part II, completion of Part I is necessary. .

 
 
This is an advanced seminar that is conducted over a week in a beautiful natural environment with student participants from all over Europe to gain deep rest, exchange ideas and experiences, and simply have fun! Prerequisite is completion of the Youth Empowerment Seminar Parts I and II.
